Position - Deputy Country Director
Location Nigeria
Salary: Up to #500,000 Per month (Depending on your experience)

Are you a visionary leader passionate about driving social impact? We are seeking an experienced Country Director to lead our nonprofit operations, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance our mission's impact in Nigeria.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all country operations.
Develop and implement programs that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, donors, and partners.
Oversee financial management, ensuring transparency and sustainability.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Represent the organization at key stakeholder engagements and in the media.
Reports to the Country Director(Nigeria)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven leadership experience in the nonprofit or international development sector.
Strong background in program management, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
Expertise in financial oversight, budgeting, and compliance.
Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
Deep understanding of the social, political, and economic landscape of [Country Name].
Bachelor's, Master’s degree, or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Public Administration, Business, or Social Sciences).
