Our History

Doctors On Call was founded in 2018 in the United States Of America by a group of Medical doctors, Epidemiologists, Public health Researchers, and Nurses in the wake of deplorable states of primary health facilities worldwide. Their aim was to establish a medical humanitarian organization that focused on providing medical aid to underserved individuals and communities to improve and promote community through integrated grassroots and global efforts. One hundred and eighty (180) volunteers made up the organization when it was founded.

Doctors On Call was established to assist hard-to-reach people and areas to ensure free basic health coverage, regardless of religion, gender, and race. Doctors On Call’s signature is to provide accessible quality healthcare, food, and word of encouragement and work where our mission is most needed.

A Worldwide Movement We are glad that Doctors On Call has grown from a few hundred members and volunteers to a worldwide family from different parts of the world with other colors, cultures, and beliefs. Still, we understand one language known as HUMANITY. It is a new global movement of more than 5,000 members and volunteers providing over a million free medical treatments in more than three continents, America, India, and Nigeria, every year.
